Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assembling, slicing, chopping, seasoning, and mixing ingredients.

- Sanitation & Safety: Cleaning and sterilizing workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment; adhering to food safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP) and maintaining appropriate food temperatures.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring food supplies, checking ingredient freshness, and restocking workstations.
- Efficiency: Handling multiple food orders concurrently during busy service times without compromising quality.
- Communication: Coordinating with other kitchen staff, including servers, to ensure prompt service.
Common Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
